Are you looking to lose weight and get into shape for the summer? Want to look good on that Beach holiday? Or just improve your overall fitness? Now is the time to start!

I offer a unique, friendly and affordable fitness service to cater for everyone. Whether you’re looking to drop a dress size, tone your abs or just simply feel healthier. I offer a mobile service as well as gym based and out door exercise.


What you can expect?

Each session usually lasts about an hour. The first is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you'll spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility or other activities depending on what your goals are. I will show you how to do the exercises, help you figure out how much weight to use and give you pointers for getting the most out of each exercise.



Pricing

Single Sessions  -  £25     per hour  
Block Sessions   -  £90     4 Sessions                                       
Block Sessions   -  £200  10 Sessions                                      
Group Sessions  -  £15     per person
